Ordinance No. 21-22 - An Ordinance to Establish Guidelines to Regulate Outdoor Open Burning within the Boundaries of Georgetown County, South Carolina.
CURRENT STATUS:
Pending adoption of Outdoor Burning Ordinance
POINTS TO CONSIDER:
This ordinance would establish guidelines for outdoor burning within Georgetown County, while also giving authority to the County Administrator, or his/her designee, the authority to institute an outdoor burning ban when conditions warrant or upon recommendation of the jurisdictional fire chief for any of the fire districts within Georgetown County.

OPTIONS:
1. To adopt the proposed Outdoor Burning Ordinance.
2. To decline and not adopt the proposed Outdoor Burning Ordinance.
STAFF RECOMMENDATIONS:
Recommendation to approve/adopt the proposed Outdoor Burning Ordinance No. 21-22.
